We offer a FREE consultation. We have a 24-hour cancellation policy to protect the valuable time of our providers, particularly the free time we are providing. If you need to cancel your appointment for any reason, we ask that you provide a 24-hour courtesy notice otherwise you may be charged a $25 service fee for the provider’s lost time. If you no show for your appointment, we reserve the right to charge $25.  In light of our 24-hour cancellation policy, when booking appointments, we may require a credit card number to secure your appointment. Our consultations are free and there is no charge whatsoever if you show up for your appointment, however we do reserve the right to charge $25 for any appointment cancelled within 24-hours of the start time (or when there is  a “no show”), including complimentary consultations.

On Time Arrival:

We ask that you please arrive on time for your appointment. For new consultations, we ask that you arrive 10 minutes prior to the start of your appointment to fill out the necessary intake paperwork.

Our patients’ time is valuable, so we try our best to ensure appointments run on schedule. If you do not arrive on time for your appointment, we cannot guarantee that you will receive the entire service for which you are booked. If you arrive late by 10 minutes or more, you may be asked to reschedule your appointment altogether.

Refund Policy:

We do not offer refunds on services rendered. Aesthetic results are quite variable from client to client. While we do our best to achieve the desired outcome, it cannot always be guaranteed. Clients are responsible for further treatment needed to achieve further results.

Children in the Facility:

Children are not allowed in the facility or treatment rooms; bringing them will forfeit scheduled appointment(s). This is for the safety of the children and as a courtesy to our other guests. Children under 18 receiving treatment must have a parent/guardian present at all times.

Payments:

Skin Science is limited to elective aesthetic medicine, we do not bill insurance. Payment for all individual treatments is due at the time of treatment, and all packages must be paid in full at the time of first treatment. We do not offer financing or payment plans. We do offer Care Credit with 6 months of no interest for charges over $200. All services are final sale; there are no refunds or credit issued for any service, including, but not limited to; laser treatments, laser hair removal, IPL, Neurotoxins, such as Botox and Dermal Fillers such as Juvederm. We accept cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. All prices are subject to change without notice.

Practice-Patient Relationship:

We love our clients but sometimes we have to reserve the right to refuse service at any time, to anyone, for any reason.

Prices and Promotions:

We are committed to continuously expanding our services. Although we make every effort to keep our website, and social media updated accordingly, please note that prices, services, and products are subject to change at any time without notice. Special offers and discounts may not be combined. When presented with more than one discount opportunity, we will automatically give clients the discount of greater value at the time of purchase. Please remember that monthly specials are not automatically applied to services. To receive the discounted price offered, clients must mention the special applicable to their visit during check-out.

Treatment Expiration:

Service packages and pre-paid treatments (except Laser Hair Removal) must be used within 12 months of the date of purchase or they will expire. Laser Hair Removal packages must be used within 18 months of date of purchase or they will expire.

Treatment Results:

We will be honest in all our dealings with you as our trusted client. Aesthetics is not an exact science and how you may respond to a given treatment will vary from person to person. It is virtually impossible to predict results and therefore payments made for services are for treatments to be performed – not for a specific result. However, we always strive to achieve the absolute best result that we can for you. Thank you for allowing us to serve you!
