We offer a FREE consultation. Scheduled appointments are reserved especially for you . We have a 24-hour cancellation policy to protect the valuable time of our providers, particularly the free time we are providing. If you need to cancel your appointment for any reason, we ask that you provide a 24-hour courtesy notice otherwise you will be charged a $25 service fee for the provider’s lost time. If you no show for your appointment, there is a $25 fee before setting up another appointment. In light of our 24-hour cancellation policy, when booking appointments, we may require a credit card number to secure your appointment. If a package was purchased, i.e.: hair removal, etc, and cancellation was within 24 hours for whatever reason or a “no show”, this will count toward the number of treatment purchased.
On Time Arrival:
We ask that you please arrive on time for your appointment. For new consultations, we ask that you arrive 10 minutes prior to the start of your appointment to fill out the necessary intake paperwork.
Our patients’ time is valuable, so we try our best to ensure appointments run on schedule. If you do not arrive on time for your appointment, we cannot guarantee that you will receive the entire service for which you are booked. If you arrive late by 10 minutes or more, unless we were informed, you will need to reschedule your appointment altogether.
We do not offer refunds on services rendered. Aesthetic results are quite variable from client to client. While we do our best to achieve the desired outcome, it cannot always be guaranteed. Clients are responsible for further treatment needed to achieve further results.
As a courtesy to other guests, please maintain a quiet level of conversation. Cell phones must be turned off when entering the spa.
Age Requirement and Children in the Facility:
Skin Science is limited to elective aesthetic medicine, we do not bill insurance. Payment for all individual treatments is due at the time of treatment, and all packages must be paid in full at the time of first treatment. We do not offer financing or payment plans. We do offer Care Credit with 6 months of no interest for charges over $200. All services are final sale; there are no refunds or credit issued for any service, including, but not limited to; laser treatments, laser hair removal, IPL, Neurotoxins, such as Botox and Dermal Fillers such as Juvederm. We accept Cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and Care Credit. All prices are subject to change without notice. To err is human….While we do our best to make sure all transactions are smooth, sometimes errors can happen. Should payment for services be under charge or overcharge, we will do everything we can to rectify the issue. As always, we appreciate your business.
We love our clients but sometimes we have to reserve the right to refuse service at any time, to anyone, for any reason.
Prices and Promotions:
We are committed to continuously expanding our services. Although we make every effort to keep our website, and social media updated accordingly, please note that prices, services, and products are subject to change at any time without notice. Special offers and discounts may not be combined. When presented with more than one discount opportunity, we will automatically give clients the discount of greater value at the time of purchase. We limit 1 third party coupon per 1 calendar year for all services. Please remember that monthly specials are not automatically applied to services. To receive the discounted price offered, clients must mention the special applicable to their visit during check-out.
Service packages and pre-paid treatments must be used within 6 months of purchase or they will expire. We will store your leftover fillers for up to 4 weeks. There is a $50.00 injection fee for the remainder usage of the product.
We will be honest in all our dealings with you as our trusted client. Aesthetics is not an exact science and how you may respond to a given treatment will vary from person to person. It is virtually impossible to predict results and therefore payments made for services are for treatments to be performed – not for a specific result. Thank you for allowing us to serve you!
