We offer a FREE consultation. We have a 24-hour cancellation policy to protect the valuable time of our providers, particularly the free time we are providing. If you need to cancel your appointment for any reason, we ask that you provide a 24-hour courtesy notice otherwise you may be charged a $50 service fee for the provider’s lost time. If you no show for your appointment, we reserve the right to charge $50. In light of our 24-hour cancellation policy, when booking appointments, we may require a credit card number to secure your appointment. Our consultations are free and there is no charge whatsoever if you show up for your appointment, however we do reserve the right to charge $50 for any appointment cancelled within 24-hours of the start time (or when there is a “no show”), including complimentary consultations.
On Time Arrival:
We ask that you please arrive on time for your appointment. For new consultations, we ask that you arrive 10 minutes prior to the start of your appointment to fill out the necessary intake paperwork.
Our patients’ time is valuable, so we try our best to ensure appointments run on schedule. If you do not arrive on time for your appointment, we cannot guarantee that you will receive the entire service for which you are booked. If you arrive late by 10 minutes or more, you may be asked to reschedule your appointment altogether.
Due to the nature of our business and the quiet, relaxing atmosphere we wish to create for our patients, we ask that you do not bring children under the age of 10 with you to your appointment. Please make arrangements for off-site child care. Thank you for your consideration.
